Email from AwareHerd
AwareHerd sends account email only, and only to a person an administrator has explicitly added or who has asked us for something themselves: an invitation carrying a one-time temporary password, and Amazon Cognito account messages such as a password reset or an address verification.
We send no marketing and no bulk email, and there is no mailing list. Account
email comes from no-reply@mail.awareherd.com. That mailbox is not
monitored, so reply to nothing sent from it — write to
support@awareherd.com instead.
If you receive an AwareHerd invitation you were not expecting, do not sign in. Write to support@awareherd.com and we will remove the account. A bounce or a spam complaint suppresses the address permanently and we will not send to it again.
Pilot enquiries
AwareHerd is in a limited pilot with a small number of dairy operations in the US and Canada, and is not open for general sign-up. If you run a dairy operation and want to talk to us, write to support@awareherd.com and tell us a little about your herd.
